Non Refundable Deposit of between 30%-50% of your service required at booking.

Appointments can only be moved to another date upto 48hrs prior to the appointment, changes made after 48hrs will make your deposit non transferable resulting in a cancellation fee. 

All Products/Hair Extensions purchased must be paid for upfront. No Refunds unless item is found to be faulty or damaged. Delivery 10 - 14days.

I am proud to be a color responsible hairdresser, with this I need to set out a clear policy to keep you, my clients safe at all times.

1. I do not offer any type of color services to anyone under the age of 16 yrs old
2. Free Colouring Consultation chat alongside a consultation form required prior to appointment. The Consultation can be done over video chat or in person but the form needs to be filled out online prior to the appointment.
3. A skin test is required 48 hrs prior to all new clients that have any colour service. Skin tests have to be retaken every 12 months for regular clients.
